Questions about day tours in El Salvador
Where do day tours pick up?+
At hotels and Airbnbs in the San Salvador area and in El Tunco beach. Pickup is around 6:00 a.m. in San Salvador and 5:30 a.m. in El Tunco. Confirm your location when you book.
Why does the price change with group size?+
Transport and guide costs are shared by the group, so the price per person drops as more people join. The price shown is the lowest one.
Can I join a day tour if I’m traveling solo?+
Yes. We’ll add you to an existing group. Send us a WhatsApp with your dates.
Which day tours leave El Salvador?+
Copán Ruins (Honduras) and Antigua Guatemala cross the border, so bring your passport. They are long days of about 14 hours.
Are the tours good for kids and older travelers?+
Most are. We recommend ages 8 and up and good mobility for hikes, and we always adjust the pace to the group. The easy tours are the best fit for families.
