Our prices include: The services that are specified in each itinerary according to the meal plan specified in it. The meals will be served together for the whole group and with a fixed menu. Rooms with private bathroom in the hotels that are specified or similar for each itinerary. Accompanying guide throughout the tour duly authorized by CORSATUR. Ground transportation in previously authorized tourism units. Buses (capacity 40 PAX) for groups of 16 passengers or more. Minibuses (capacity 22 PAX) for groups of between 9 to 15 passengers. And Microbuses (14 PAX capacity) for groups of between 4 and 8 passengers. In the case of not reaching the number of passengers mentioned above, a passenger car will be used and the tour will be operated by a Driver Guide. All prices apply with a minimum of 2 PAX.
Our prices do not include: Airport taxes of entry or exit. Migratory expenses or entry or exit visas. Passports Air tickets not specified in the itinerary. Transfers not specified in the itinerary. Services additions in hotels. Tips to accompanying guides, local guides, drivers, buttons, etc. Excess luggage, Travel Insurance. In general, it does not include any expenses of a personal nature or any extra service or expense that is not specified.
Hotels: Those described in each itinerary, however, will be subject to variation and will always be replaced by hotels of similar or superior category.
Confirmed Service: Only a confirmation will be valid when Eco Tours Petate has notified you in writing by fax or email and together with the price confirmation. Prices will be based on current rates, however, they will be subject to changes by our suppliers. A payment of 15% of the total amount of the services is required after confirmation. The rest 15 days before the start of services; otherwise the confirmation will be canceled. The equivalence of foreign currency, bank fees for transfer and / or commissions for payments with credit cards can not be discounted from the total amount of the services.
Cancellations: If the cancellation occurs 15 days before the start of services, there will be a surcharge of 10% of the total amount of the trip. If the cancellation occurs between 14 and 10 days before the start of services, there will be a surcharge of 25% of the total amount of the trip. If the cancellation occurs between 9 and 5 before the start of services there will be a surcharge of 50% of the total amount of the trip. If the cancellation occurs within 4 days before the start of services, the penalty will be subject to the cancellation policies of each hotel and / or provider, and can reach up to 100% of the total amount of the trip.
Day Tours: For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours prior to the tour date. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the start time of the tour, have a 100% penalty. No refund will be made.
Refund: These will be processed through the sales agency of the tour until the end of the trip, and no amount will be reimbursed for services not used by the traveler, Except that the services have been contracted by the passengers directly with Eco Tours Petate.. Claims will be accepted only in writing and by presenting coupons for services that were not used or a certification from the borrower for purposes and must be submitted within 30 days, counted from the final date of service
Documentation: It is up to each traveler to have their valid passport with all the visas and requirements that are necessary to make the trip. The organizer declines all responsibility in case of being rejected by any authority granting a visa for missing any document or requirement that is required. Variations: We reserve the right to alter the travel itinerary or hotels, if necessary for a better organization of the same or circumstances of force majeure that oblige us to do so. Our company will not be responsible for advances, delays or cancellations that may be made by the airlines or the transport companies, with the expenses arising from the customers. If the excursions do not reach the minimum of expected travelers or for any reason the organizer will be forced to suspend any of the trips, customers will only be entitled to reimbursement of the total amount paid, expressly waiving any other claim. Travelers who voluntarily desist from using any service included in the program, may not demand a refund for the services they did not take at their will.
Responsibility: The company states that it only operates as an intermediary between the passengers and the companies, persons or entities called to facilitate the services indicated in the itineraries, that is, transport companies, hotels, restaurants, attractions, etc. Therefore, we disclaim any responsibility for deficiencies in any of the services provided, as well as any damage, injury, accident, delays, or irregularities in the services rendered that passengers may suffer, as well as luggage and personal belongings thereof. In case of accidents, the payment of indemnities, corresponds only to the insurance companies hired by passengers, exempting our company from liability.
