Start our hike to the flower route waterfalls and volcanos, get ready with your sunscreen, clothes and shoes to walk in the water, follow the instructions of your guide. An approximate journey of 1.30 hours. Enjoy contact with nature, let yourself be surprised by the exuberant vegetation and landscapes. where birds and butterflies fly around you and delight your ear with their song.
09:30 AM Start to Hike at the seven waterfalls
Enjoy one of the most humid and exciting experiences in El Salvador. A walk between waterfalls and crystalline springs, which emanate from the volcanoes, make the child in us come out. walking along the river with water up to your knees, between rocks and lush trees with rotten roots, surrounded by a tropical jungle, make our adrenaline circulate through our veins. Then we will begin our journey that takes approximately forty-five minutes, walking through the water, climbing the waterfalls, with the help of some ropes to make the ascent easier. When we finish crossing the seven waterfalls, we will cover our faces with exfoliating mud, which removes the dead cells of our skin. Then we start the walk back. We will be in town around 12:30 pm. The 7 Waterfalls hike is moderately difficult. It includes jungle trails, rocky terrain, river crossings, and waterfall climbing. Good physical condition and hiking shoes (or water shoes) are highly recommended. This tour is not suitable for young children or people with mobility issues.
